A new endeavor for us on many fronts. A white blend (Roussanne + a splash of Albariño). A name that shall remain for future vintages. For this (and it’s red sister) we’ve had the notion of Tuesday night wines steering us towards creating something that is both greatly enjoyable and reasonable. Weightier than what seems the typical white blends seem to be going for these days, it’s full on melon patch that is cleaned up with a nice salinity. Raised in concrete, it’s juicy, straightforward and honest. Chill it, just don’t get it Coors Light cold.
